I’m Kyle, a self-taught chef and founder, and this journey began with a backpack, a passport, and a passion for global street food. From the spice markets of India to the hawker stalls of Southeast Asia, I was collecting more than recipes—I was collecting culture. And when I got back home, I started cooking it into every meal.
Jam N Vegan became my playground. A chance to bring bold, plant-based dishes into homes around the UK. We went from local kitchens to supermarket shelves, and somewhere along the way, I realised this was more than just food. It was a lifestyle. A movement.
That’s when Kulcher was born.
Kulcher is our evolution. It's the next wave—richer, cheekier, sharper. We still make banging vegan food that heals the gut, fuels the body, and slaps with flavour. But now, we’re mixing in fashion, music, art, and identity. Because culture doesn’t sit still—and neither do we.
